Kittrina is wonderful! I've been going to her for massages for a couple years now. She is great at what she does. Thanks for working out my knots and "crunchy" spots, Kittrina!

Katrina was amazing! Here massage really relaxed me and took away my neck pain. Total game changer for me.

Lovely as always. Kittrina knows exactly where i need extra focus during my massage, the office is very cozy and I can just relax 😌

Grateful for the compassion and healing I’ve experienced through Kittrina. Each visit leaves me feeling more grounded, balanced, and at peace - her kindness, intuition, and ability to be intentional makes all the difference. Highly recommend.

Embodied Chair Flow with Sacha was a very worthwhile hour. I came in feeling rushed and anxious and left feeling relaxed and renewed, which lasted into the day. I'm looking forward to the next class!

Sacha did a fabulous job in giving me a new, shorter hair cut and color with highlights. It looks terrific. I have gotten a lot of compliments today! Thank You Sacha; you are very talented as usual!

Kittrina has been my massage therapist for over a decade! Each appointment is a little different, I have never received the same massage twice. Her hands just know where my aches and pains are. She keeps my body moving and my mind relaxed and stress free!

Restorative yoga with Kittrina was absolutely amazing. I always feel a sense of calm and my body is so relaxed after a session with her!

Kittrina and Sacha are the best at what they do. They have such a positive outlook about everything. The bonus is they make you feel wonderful.
Kittrina is amazing whether it's a facial, massage, etc. She is a master at every service she provides.
Sacha is also exceptional. I see her for hair, mani, and pedicures. She also helps with life experiences. Having all these services under one roof, is a dream come true.
You will not be disappointed!
